Denim & Lightning Festival takes over ResonanzWerk in Oberhausen, in the Ruhr region, for an evening dedicated to hard rock and classic metal. Organized on February 28, 2026, this one-day event celebrates 70s-80s rock sonorities reinvented by a new generation of European bands.
The 2026 edition brings together 4 bands from the European hard rock scene. On the bill: The Treatment, British melodic rock veterans, Bonafide, Swedish classic rock specialists, DEVILTRAIN and The Dirty Denims, representing the new wave of European hard rock between saturated riffs and catchy choruses.
The lineup explores the roots of 70s hard rock, glam metal and classic rock, with surprising indie pop touches, blending twin lead guitars, swinging rhythms and unbridled stage energy.
