We collect the following data: email address, password (hashed), location (city, GPS coordinates), music genre preferences, favorite artists, access tokens for connected streaming platforms, and synchronization history.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is used for: authentication and account management, music library synchronization, calculating festival compatibility scores (FestiScore), and personalizing recommendations.
3. Legal basis
Processing of your data is based on your consent (acceptance of the terms of service during registration) and on the performance of the service contract. Authentication cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function.
4. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. You can exercise these rights by deleting your account from your profile or by contacting us at contact@festt.io.
5. Retention and security
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently erased. Passwords are stored in hashed form. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
