Germany

Germany: 61 upcoming festivals, including 34 with tickets on sale.

From Wacken, the world capital of metal where a Schleswig-Holstein village turns into a city of tens of thousands of fans each summer, to the twin open airs of Hurricane and Southside, Germany is a festival powerhouse. The country loves its rock as much as its big pop machines, like Lollapalooza Berlin taking over the former Tempelhof airport.

But it's on electronic ground that Germany reigns: the homeland of techno, it boasts temples like Parookaville, its pop-up EDM city, and the legendary Fusion. From Berlin to Hamburg, FestT works out your FestiScore — how closely a line-up matches your favourite artists — and keeps dates, headliners and ticketing up to date.
