Les Moments Musicaux du Tarn sont un festival de musique classique et de musique de chambre organisé à Rabastens, avec des concerts également à Loupiac. Chaque édition réunit une quinzaine d'artistes venus d'horizons variés, tels qu'Antoine de Grolée (directeur artistique et piano), Chrystelle Di Marco (chant), Teona Kharadze et Tristan Benveniste (violon), Guillaume Effler (violoncelle) ou encore Urara Katsuki, autour d'un thème renouvelé chaque année. Le programme mêle concerts en salle, ciné-concert, spectacle jeune public et parcours de récitals dans les rues de Rabastens.
Le festival propose aussi le Tremplin Découvertes, un concours ouvert à de jeunes formations devant un jury professionnel, avec plusieurs prix à la clé. Après une 18e édition les 24, 25 et 26 juillet 2026, la prochaine édition, la 19e, est annoncée du 23 au 25 juillet 2027, avec des réservations ouvertes à partir de mai 2027 sur la billetterie en ligne Festik.
