Nibirii Festival 2026: techno, drum & bass and trance at the Dürener Badesee
On the shores of the Dürener Badesee in North Rhine-Westphalia, Nibirii Festival gathers electronic music enthusiasts every August for a weekend of techno, drum & bass and trance. The artificial lake provides a cooling backdrop for a programme aimed squarely at the most demanding dancefloors.
The 2026 edition brings together international heavyweights: ZOMBOY delivers his devastating brostep, VINI VICI represents world-class psytrance, while MODESTEP blends drum & bass with electronic rock. Wilkinson adds his sophisticated liquid funk touch to the mix.
Genre diversity is one of Nibirii's key strengths: electro sits alongside house, and dance merges with Berlin underground sounds. The electronic rock stage illustrates the festival's ambition to break genre boundaries and unite the most diverse rave communities under one roof.
Nibirii Festival has established itself as one of Germany's must-attend outdoor events for fans of hard electronics and rave culture. With 59 artists, three days of intensive programming and a natural lakeside setting, it is a unique gathering for those seeking raw electronic energy far from conventional clubs and venues.
