Born in 2011 when a group of Dijon metal fans decided to stage at home the gigs they used to travel across France and Europe to see, Rising Fest is run every year by the Phoenix-Rising association. Its 13th edition takes place on 9 and 10 October 2026 at the Espace Jean Bouhey in Longvic, a 500-capacity standing indoor venue it has called home since 2017.
