Yes, Camp Stavern is just 300 metres from the festival entrance and requires its own camp pass on top of your festival ticket (minimum age 18). It opens Thursday 2 July at noon and closes Sunday 5 July. Facilities include showers (cold water free, hot water paid), a breakfast café, a cooking area, a shop and phone charging; electricity per tent costs 200 kr.

By train, take the RE11 SKIEN line to Larvik; the nearest airport is Torp in Sandefjord, a 20-minute train ride from Larvik (there are also direct trains from Gardermoen, about 2h20). From Larvik, a VKT bus runs to the Tenvik Øvre stop near the entrance. Each festival night, night buses leave around 00:30 once the last act has finished.
