The Courts of Chaos Festival 2026: metal and occult rock in Brittany
The Courts of Chaos is a metal and psychedelic rock festival held at Avel Dro, in Brittany, France. Over two days, 14 artists form a radical programme between metal, occult rock and heavy metal, at €75 per ticket. The Breton setting and the festival's mystical identity make it a singular event on the French metal scene.
The 2026 edition features Undergang, Vicious Rumors, Temple of Baal and Moundrag, bands rooted in death metal, black metal and US power metal.
The palette covers occult rock, folk metal, darkwave, speed metal, traditional heavy metal and psychedelic rock. Black metal, doom metal, death metal, progressive metal and thrash metal complete this selection for fans of extreme sounds.
