An iconic fixture of the British alternative scene, Whitby Goth Weekend Revenant transforms the **Royal Hotel Whitby** on the North Yorkshire coast each spring into an epicentre of sleaze rock and industrial. This extended weekend celebrates gothic, post-punk and glam cultures in a town steeped in history.
The 2026 edition brings together 9 artists around dark and decadent aesthetics. The Dogs D'amour and White Tyger embody the glam rock and hard rock of the 1980s, while Black Rain delivers industrial techno.
The palette explores minimal techno, synthetic sounds and industrial textures, creating a nocturnal and theatrical atmosphere. Glitter sleaze rock, industrial beats and post-punk vibrations merge in a unique setting, between maritime cliffs and medieval alleyways of Whitby, the town that inspired Bram Stoker's Dracula.
