📋About
909 Festival 2026: legendary techno and house in the heart of Amsterdamse Bos
Set in the wooded expanse of the Amsterdamse Bos, Amsterdam's green lung, the 909 Festival stands as one of the flagship events for Dutch techno and house. Each June, this two-day festival gathers the greatest names in the global electronic scene to celebrate a culture rooted in the legacy of Detroit, Chicago and Berlin.
The 2026 edition boasts a top-tier line-up: PAUL KALKBRENNER, a living legend of Berlin techno, shares the bill with ERIC PRYDZ, master of spectacular progressive house. ADAM BEYER, the guiding force behind Drumcode, and Ben Böhmer with his ethereal melodic techno round out an exceptional line-up.
The 909 Festival's sonic palette covers every shade of electronic music: peak-time and minimal techno, progressive trance, drum & bass, tech house and deep house sit alongside airier sets. Electro and dance complete a programme built for serious electronic music lovers.
The 909 Festival takes its name from the legendary Roland TR-909 drum machine, a symbol of modern electronic music. This cultural nod sums up the festival's spirit: deep, authentic and dancefloor-oriented. With 56 artists in an exceptional natural setting, it represents the pinnacle of open-air clubbing culture in the Netherlands.
