Amarok Metal Fest 2026: extreme and progressive metal festival in Gétigné, France
On February 27 and 28, 2026, the Espace Bellevue in Gétigné hosts the Amarok Metal Fest, a festival dedicated to extreme and progressive metal music. With 12 artists on the bill, the event explores the territories of post-metal, atmospheric black metal, melodic death metal and experimental hybrids.
The headliners include Vestige, Klone and Alta Rossa. Other artists include Der Weg Einer Freiheit, Akiavel and Bliss of Flesh.
The festival crosses progressive metal, sludge metal, groove metal and black metal. Bands like Black Bile, Houle and The Great Procession showcase the lineup's stylistic diversity, between dark atmospheres, technical skill and brutal power.
