❓FAQ
How many stages are there?
Three, and every pass type gets you into all of them, GA included. Big Sky Stage is the main one, with numbered seating (sections A through F) and a pit; Neon Moon Stage hosts The Station VIP viewing area.
What time do gates open each day?
The festival runs Thursday 17 to Saturday 19 September 2026, three days of music. GA gates open at noon on Thursday, then 11:30am on Friday and Saturday (6pm Wednesday for campers arriving early). VIP gates follow at 2pm Thursday and noon on Friday and Saturday, while main stage seating opens at 2pm.
Is camping included with a pass?
No, it is sold separately. A GA camping pass costs $164.69 all-in and a VIP camping pass $206.89, covering a 20 ft wide by 40 ft deep spot for a camper, car or tent, with showers, restrooms and an on-site general store. GA campers are placed in Quails Nest, White and Tail Run; VIP campers in Coyote Crossing and Eagle Ridge. Glamping in a 16 ft bell tent starts at $1,862.20.
How do you pay on site?
Credit cards, Tap to Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and RFID wristbands all work. The general stores and the on-site box office are cashless; to load cash onto a wristband you have to visit the General Store, Center Bar or Crosswalk Bar. Beverage vendors, stores and merch tents take RFID, as do food vendors running the Ronin system.
Is the site wheelchair friendly?
Yes. There is an ADA lane at every festival entrance, accessible viewing areas at designated stages, and accessible routes linking parking, entrances, stages and vendors across natural terrain of grass, dirt, gravel and concrete pathways. ADA wristbands are issued on site at the Guest/Accessibility Services booths, one at The Lobby and one to the right of the main stage, with no advance registration available. Accessible campsites can only be booked by calling 866-404-0036.
Is there a child rate?
No. It is an all-ages event, but every attendee needs a full-price ticket regardless of age. Organisers strongly advise hearing protection for kids; collapsible strollers and wagons are allowed after an additional search.
What is the food and drink situation?
Food vendors are spread across the grounds and some carry gluten-free options; for stricter dietary needs the team asks fans to email [email protected] ahead of time. Beer, wine and mixed drinks are sold to guests 21 and over with government-issued photo ID. Outside food and drink is allowed in the campgrounds only, never in the parking area or the concert site, and the campground general store stocks ice, food and drinks.
