Crossroads Festival 2026: three nights of showcases and a tenth birthday in Roubaix
Set up in 2016 by the Brigade d'Intervention Culturelle (BIC), the Crossroads Festival is the first professional showcase event in France's Hauts-de-France region. Its 11th edition, the tenth-anniversary one, takes over La Condition Publique on place du Général Faidherbe in Roubaix from Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 November 2026. Emerging artists picked through an open call play to the public and to some 480 expected industry professionals.
This year brings 21 acts: eight from the region, ten from elsewhere in France and three Belgian bands. Each night runs seven shows between 7pm and 11pm, one every 40 minutes. Tuesday pairs Stella Plage's indie pop with the radical folk of Zoe Heselton & Sister Outsider, Caos.808's techno-perreo, rap from AutoFocus and Mercure Nitro, and rock from Send Me Love Letters. Wednesday opens with Nsangu's soul, then Naked Soft Men's garage post-punk, Jahz Armando, Radical Cute, Nemode's hyperpop-tinged rock and the afroclash of ARTICLE15. Thursday turns to Caprice's electronic cold wave, Emma Politi's alternative chanson, Mega Surf's noise rock, Mansion's Cellar's psych rock and Graphy-T's hyperpop.
Three acts come through festival exchanges: Nsangu via FrancoFaune in Brussels, Nemode via Court-Circuit in Wallonia and Caprice via Strasbourg Music Week. The industry forum and lunches sit under the Verrière glass hall; evenings carry on in the covered street.
