EDC Las Vegas 2027: twelve days of festivities across two weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway
In 2027 the Electric Daisy Carnival stretches over almost two weeks. In a letter posted on the official site, Pasquale Rotella sets out the "12 Days of EDC" idea: EDC Dusk from 14 to 16 May, EDC Dawn from 21 to 23 May, and in between a run of happenings around town, some ticketed, many free to anyone. This page follows the first weekend, Dusk.
The 2027 bill is still under wraps: the lineup and set-times pages still show 2026. The FAQ pledges identical production on both weekends and, if plans hold, the same artists. A general pass unlocks nine electronic music and EDM arenas, Kinetic Field, Basspod, Wasteland, Quantum Valley, Neon Garden, Circuit Grounds and Cosmic Meadow among them, plus dozens of hands-on art pieces and fairground rides at no extra cost.
This is a night-time party: Friday runs 5pm to 5:30am, with an opening ceremony at Cosmic Meadow before the whole site opens at 7pm, then Saturday and Sunday go 7pm to 5:30am, whatever the weather.
Only 3-day passes are sold, through Front Gate Tickets, four per person at most, with a $10 deposit. For Dusk, fees included: $479.99 GA, $529.99 GA+ and $1,349.99 VIP. VIP, for ages 21 and up, adds a deck facing Kinetic Field, a Ferris wheel, air-conditioned toilets and vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free meals. Dawn costs $529.99, $599.99 and $1,399.99; both weekends, $859.99, $999.99 and $2,499.99.
Nobody under 18 gets in, even with a guardian, and a physical photo ID is required; drinking starts at 21, and leaving means no return. Expect a thorough search and a strict no-drugs line; payment is by card or phone (cash can be swapped for a prepaid card), and lockers come with charging. New this year, Camp EDC lets you stay all 12 days, in a ready-built ShiftPod tent or an RV, with its own pass. The site lists free parking that must be cleared each night and shuttles from The Rio, The Strat, Mid-Strip and World Market Center; Harry Reid airport (LAS) is the closest.
