Edinburgh Summer Sessions take place at the Royal Highland Showgrounds in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. This summer festival hosts a series of large-scale evenings of rock, pop and electronic music in the Scottish capital.
The 2026 edition programmes 3 world-class artists: THE CURE, icons of gothic rock and new wave, FLORENCE + THE MACHINE, and THE PRODIGY, pioneers of rave electronica.
The musical palette combines gothic rock, post-punk, art pop and techno, with big beat, breakbeat and synth-pop touches. Each evening offers a distinct atmosphere, from the most atmospheric to the most percussive.
