Festival Morges Sous Rire 2026: Francophone Comedy by the Lake
Since 1989, Morges Sous Rire has established itself as the unmissable event for Francophone comedy in French-speaking Switzerland. Held at Théâtre Beausobre in Morges, this festival offers a dense program from June to September, welcoming emerging and established talents from French and Swiss stand-up. With 25 artists on the bill, the 2026 edition promises four months of laughter and discoveries by Lake Geneva.
The 2026 lineup gathers heavyweights of Francophone comedy: Alex Di Mambro, David Castello Lopes, and Nora Hamzawi as headliners. The roster is enriched with Alex Lutz, Laurent Gerra, Alex Vizorek, and Camille Chamoux.
The festival celebrates all forms of Francophone comedy: classic stand-up, satirical sketches, offbeat chronicles, masterful impersonations. This diversity ensures a complete panorama of the contemporary comedy scene, from new voices to established figures, in an intimate theatrical atmosphere.
