Obscene Extreme 2026: extreme metal festival in the Czech Republic
Obscene Extreme is the essential gathering for extreme metal fans in the Czech Republic. Running since 1999 in the Trutnov region, this festival brings together the hardest sounds each summer with an international programme of 84 artists for the 2026 edition.
The 2026 edition is dominated by brutal death metal, grindcore and deathgrind, headlined by Nunslaughter, alongside ASSASSIN, BENIGHTED and EYEHATEGOD.
The programme covers all branches of extreme metal: thrash metal, death metal, goregrind, deathcore, hardcore punk, crust and technical death metal. Sludge metal, metalcore and mathcore complete this uncompromising panorama.
