On May 16-17, 2026, the Feria Nacional Potosina in San Luis Potosí hosts San Luis Metal Fest, two days dedicated to black metal and extreme music. This Mexican festival brings together 5 international bands specializing in underground metal, celebrating the darkest sounds of the global scene.
The lineup blends American legends and emerging talent, headlined by Crimson Glory with their epic US power metal, Scottish band Hellripper fusing speed metal and black metal, and Void in experimental electronic. Veterans Hirax bring their Californian crossover thrash.
Between atmospheric melodic black metal and classic heavy metal, the festival explores the boundaries of extreme metal. The sounds range from experimental ambient and noise textures to frenetic speed metal rhythms, creating an intense sonic experience for underground music enthusiasts.
