Bangers Open Air 2026: metal and rock festival in Brazil
Bangers Open Air is a Brazilian festival dedicated to metal and heavy rock in all its forms. On April 25 and 26, 2026, São Paulo's Memorial da América Latina hosts 38 international bands for two days celebrating heavy music. The festival brings together historical legends and new generations of global metal in an iconic São Paulo architectural venue.
The programme gathers global metal icons. Americans Killswitch Engage bring melodic metalcore, Swedish In Flames deliver melodic death metal and American legends Twisted Sister their festive glam metal. Black Label Society brings southern heavy metal, Dutch Within Temptation their symphonic metal.
The festival explores the diversity of contemporary metal: alternative metal, death metal, folk metal with Eluveitie, celtic metal and progressive metal with Amaranthe. Ukrainians Jinjer represent modern djent, Fear Factory industrial metal and Richie Kotzen brings rock and blues roots.
