The festival was conceived in 2023 by Andrew 'Ratty' Wilson, a former member of Alien Sex Fiend. It is held at the Waterloo Music Bar in Blackpool (Lancashire, United Kingdom) and celebrates the goth, rockabilly, industrial and horror punk scenes.
