Elevate Festival 2026: cultural avant-garde in Graz

Since 2005, Elevate Festival transcends the boundaries of the music festival to become a platform for cultural and political engagement. Set in Graz, Austria, this five-day event brings together 73 artists in a program that merges sharp electronic, incisive post-punk and radical experimental. Elevate refuses passive entertainment: conferences, debates, workshops and concerts form a unique intellectual and artistic continuum.

The 2026 edition deploys an eclectic selection led by Amnesia Scanner, Anika, Bendik Giske and Beaks. The festival explores IDM, dub, rock and even contemporary classical music, refusing any simplistic categorization. Contemplative ambient performances rub shoulders with furious electronic DJ sets.

Elevate stands out for its holistic approach: music is just one facet of a project that questions climate issues, social justice and technological transformations. Aki Traar, Anna Z, Apua and Benedikt Alphart embody this militant and artistic vision.
