Festival & Dome takes over the Stadthalle in Kassel, Hesse, for three days of intimate concerts. From October 9-11, 2026, this event offers sharp programming focused on indie folk, indie pop and German-speaking singer-songwriter, in a subdued atmosphere conducive to listening.
The 2026 edition hosts 4 artists from the German folk scene. On the bill: Gregor Meyle, pillar of Swabian folk pop, Alin Coen, major female voice of indie folk, gregor hägele, rising figure of Bavarian singer-songwriter, and Phil Siemers, representing the new generation of German lyrical songwriting.
The lineup favors acoustic formats and refined arrangements, exploring territories of intimate folk, organic pop and introspective ballads, with German-language lyrics carrying meaning and emotions.
