La 7ème Vague 2026: reggae and hip-hop festival in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, France
A seaside gathering of urban and reggae scenes in Vendée, La 7ème Vague takes over Bretignolles-sur-Mer every year for a festive weekend facing the Atlantic Ocean. This open-air festival has carved out a place in the Atlantic coast music landscape with a lineup focused on contemporary music and Caribbean sounds.
The 2026 edition brings together 14 artists around hip-hop, reggae-dancehall, and African urban music. Headliners include Magic System in coupé-décalé, Sniper and Leto for French rap, alongside Manudigital in raggamuffin.
The lineup also celebrates Jamaican sounds with ragga and dancehall carried by Skarra Mucci, plus excursions into Ivorian zouglou and chanson française with Suzane.
