Latitude 2027: four days of music, stages and woodland at Henham Park, Suffolk
A Suffolk park, four days, and a bill where music shares space with comedy, theatre and ideas: that is the recipe of Latitude, founded in 2006 by Melvin Benn and run by Festival Republic. The 2027 edition takes place from Thursday 22 to Sunday 25 July, once again at Henham Park in England, the estate that has hosted it since the very first year; the 2026 event was its twentieth.
Beyond the gigs, the programme reaches into comedy, theatre, poetry, dance, books, podcasts, science and wellbeing, and each strand has its own corner: the Obelisk Arena for the big headline sets, the tucked-away Alcove, a Comedy Arena, a 500-seat black-box theatre set among the trees, a floating stage on the lake devoted mainly to dance, and the Cosmic Shambles forest for science.
No 2027 names have been revealed yet. Past editions set the tone: Grace Jones, Nick Cave, Pulp, Florence and the Machine and electronic pioneers Kraftwerk have all headlined, and the organisers point out that Ed Sheeran, Sam Fender, Lewis Capaldi, Wolf Alice and Fontaines D.C. played here early in their careers. Indie rock and folk both had a place on the 2026 bill.
