Monegros Desert Festival 2026: techno in the Aragon desert, Spain
Monegros Desert Festival is one of the most iconic techno and electronic music events in Spain. Held in the arid steppe of the Monegros region in Aragon, this nocturnal festival plays on the striking contrast between the desert landscape and the intensity of its soundsystems, welcoming 99 artists for an exceptional 2026 edition.
The programme focuses on techno and trance in all their forms, headlined by Richie Hawtin, alongside AMELIE LENS, BEN KLOCK and Joseph Capriati.
Hard techno, industrial techno, minimal techno, schranz and progressive psytrance form the programming backbone. House and drum & bass round out the offering on secondary stages.
