Nocturnal Culture Night Festival 2026: the dark wave and neofolk festival in Saxony, Germany
Nocturnal Culture Night Festival celebrates dark music at Kulturpark Deutzen in Saxony. From September 4-6, this open-air festival brings together 10 artists from the European dark wave, neofolk, and dark folk scene, in the former industrial park converted into a cultural venue.
The 2026 edition highlights Italy's Corde Oblique, Denmark's Of The Wand & The Moon, pioneers of Nordic neofolk, dark electro act Melotron, and France's HORSKH. The German scene is represented by Darkwood and Girls Under Glass.
The festival explores the territories of industrial electro and industrial metal, with bands like INTENT:OUTTAKE and Hinfort. You'll also find touches of gothic, post-punk, new wave, and shoegaze with The Foreign Resort and Atlas Bird, illustrating the stylistic diversity of the alternative dark scene.
From September 4-6, 2026, Kulturpark Deutzen hosts three nights of dark music in the Saxon countryside. Check out the full lineup on FestT.
