Norsk Countrytreff is Norway's leading country music festival, held at the Fjordhestgarden in Breim, in the municipality of Gloppen in the heart of Vestland. This classic Norwegian fjord setting welcomes thousands of fans of American music and its Nordic roots each year, creating a unique atmosphere that blends wide open spaces with Scandinavian warmth.
The 2026 edition, from 7 to 11 July, gathers 28 artists from the international and local country scene. Notable names include Alana Springsteen, Hellbillies and Claudia Scott, alongside Norwegian acts who bring a local touch to the programme.
The musical range covers americana, alternative country, honky tonk, outlaw country and rockabilly, enriched by Norwegian country folk artists. Rock and rock'n'roll remain a solid presence, giving the event an energy that extends beyond the strictest country definition.
