Openair Frauenfeld 2026: three days of US and German-language hip-hop on the Grosse Allmend, 9-11 July
Openair Frauenfeld is back at the Grosse Allmend in Frauenfeld (Canton Thurgau, Switzerland) from 9 to 11 July 2026, holding its place as the largest hip-hop festival in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The 2026 schedule splits across three named stages — Arena Stage for headliners, Park Stage for the alt-rap and trap programming, and La Fabrik for the late-night club sets going until 03:00.
The 2026 line-up reads like a complete cross-section of contemporary American rap: Don Toliver, Ken Carson, Yeat, Wiz Khalifa, Gunna, BIA, Homixide Gang, Destroy Lonely, Ski Mask the Slump God, BKTHERULA and Molly Santana — typical 23:25-01:45 closing rotation on the Arena Stage and Park Stage.
The German-language rap depth is what differentiates Openair Frauenfeld from the US festivals it competes with: SSIO, BHZ, OG KEEMO, Haftbefehl, UFO361, RIN, Sido & Friends, Makko and Feng all play early evening or main slots — confirming the festival's positioning as the prime annual gathering point for the Swiss-German rap audience.
Grosse Allmend, Frauenfeld, Switzerland — 9 to 11 July 2026, three stages running from 15:00 until early morning. Tickets and full set times on openair-frauenfeld.ch.
