Truck Festival 2027: the indie weekender that grew out of a birthday party on an Oxfordshire farm
The story goes back to 1998, when a group of teenagers threw a birthday party that would turn into Truck Festival. Its home today is Hill Farm in Steventon (OX13 6AB), Oxfordshire, in the United Kingdom. Part of the Superstruct group since 2019, it is still run independently, according to its FAQ. It backs community causes through the Truck Trust; once the production, artists, crew and those projects are covered, any surplus stays in the business to grow the event and its sister festivals.
The 2027 edition spans four days, Thursday July 22 to Sunday July 25, with Thursday open only to "Thursday Entry" tickets.
