Aïo Festival 2026: French pop and rock festival in Ajaccio, Corsica
A summer gathering in Corsica, the Aïo Festival takes over the Théâtre de Verdure du Casone in Ajaccio in late July to celebrate French pop and rock. This Corsican festival features a mainstream programme bringing together popular headliners and Mediterranean atmosphere in the unique setting of an open-air theatre.
The 2026 edition brings together 6 artists across French chanson and pop rock. Jean-Louis Aubert, French rock legend, and Vanessa Paradis, icon of pop soul and sophisti-pop, share the bill with Gims, a star of pop rap.
The programme also explores hardcore hip hop and trap with PLK, creating a panorama of French popular music across generations and styles.
