Bilbao BBK Live 2026: the pop and electro festival in Bilbao, Spain
Founded in 2006, Bilbao BBK Live has become one of Spain's premier summer music events. Set on Kobetamendi hill in Bilbao, Basque Country, it offers panoramic city views and brings together tens of thousands of fans each year in a welcoming atmosphere.
The 2026 edition runs July 9-11 with 38 artists, featuring ROBBIE WILLIAMS in pop, INTERPOL in post-punk revival, ALABAMA SHAKES in rock, and CHARLOTTE DE WITTE in electro techno.
The lineup spans a wide spectrum: folk, jazz, dance, alternative pop, art rock, with artists like David Byrne, IDLES, Soulwax, Richie Hawtin, and Fatoumata Diawara. The festival also highlights Spanish acts including Depresión Sonora, Dani Fernández, and Xoel López.

How do I pay at the festival?
Bilbao BBK Live is 100% cashless: the wristband is the only accepted payment method across the whole site, for food, drinks and merchandise alike. The wristband is free, can be topped up online (Apple Pay, Google Pay or card) or at recharge points (cash or card), and any unused balance is refunded after the festival.
Is there a campsite?
Yes, the campsite sits on Monte Arraiz, just 3 km from the venue and linked to the festival and the city by free shuttle buses. It is paid (from €38 for 4 nights) and open from Wednesday 9 July at noon to Sunday 13 July at 3:00 pm. It offers lockers, chargers, a mini-pharmacy, a bar and a food area.
Can children attend?
Entry is free for under-11s (maximum two children per adult, with a form and printed authorisation required). Ages 12-17 get the Bono Gaztea discount; under-16s must be accompanied by an adult, while 16-17 year-olds can enter on their own with a signed authorisation.
How do I reach the site?
Free shuttle buses serve Kobetamendi from San Mamés (Capuchinos street) and from the BEC in Barakaldo, running around the clock across the three days. Bilbao's metro runs special night services, and bus line A3247 links Loiu airport to the centre in 15 minutes (€4.50). You can also walk up from San Mamés (2.5 km).
Is the site accessible for reduced-mobility visitors?
A special reduced-mobility service is available on request (via a form) from the San Mamés esplanade only; no accessibility service is provided from the BEC.
