Castlefest 2026: Medieval Folk, Celtic and Gothic Metal at Keukenhof Castle
Castlefest is a festival of medieval, Celtic and fantastical music held in the grounds of Keukenhof Castle in Lisse, the Netherlands, famous for its tulip fields. The programming brings together folk, electronic, pop and rock in a medieval-fantasy atmosphere.
The 2026 edition features 11 artists with Nemuer headlining, joined by Blackbriar, HRAFNGRIMR and Celtica.
The musical palette spans dark folk, neofolk, celtic, gothic rock, symphonic metal and ambient — a world unto itself attracting a community of medieval and fantasy culture enthusiasts.
