📋About
Fairground Festival 2026: twelve hours of electronic music inside the Messe Hannover halls
On Saturday 28 November 2026, Fairground Festival takes over the halls of the Hanover exhibition grounds in Germany, on the Messe Nord side. It is a single indoor night, with doors at 6 pm and music running until 6 am on Sunday. Six stages and more than seventy artists share those twelve hours, ranging from techno through trance to hardstyle.
It started in Hanover in 2022 with Paul Kalkbrenner, Neelix and Angerfist, then stretched to two nights on 1 and 2 December 2023. Four stages and more than thirty names followed in 2024, then five stages and over fifty acts in 2025, and 2026 announces six stages and over seventy acts.
The Mainstage line-up features Boris Brejcha, Armin van Buuren, Indira Paganotto, Kevin de Vries, Deborah De Luca, Oswald, Malugi and Alfred Heinrichs. Torus keeps to techno with Clara Cuvé, Somewhen, Klofama, Azzurro, Fantasm, Ueberrest and a b2b pairing Kyanu with Trancemaster Krause. Harder Styles hosts Sub Zero Project, D-Block & S-te-Fan, Phuture Noize, Da Tweekaz, Galactixx, Mish, Aversion and N-Vitral (Bombsquad), with MC DL on the mic. The Cube Stage brings Moguai, Dr. Motte, Marc van Linden, Tom Wax, Melanie Di Tria, plus Anna Reusch teamed with Tommahawk.
Entry is strictly 18+, even with a parent, and ID is required; tickets carry a name, except those resold through TicketSwap. No box office on the night: tickets sell online only, until shortly before the start and while capacity lasts. On festival day your ticket also covers local GVH public transport in Hanover, though not regional or long-distance trains. Leaving means you cannot come back in. Drinks, food and merch are paid with your wristband, cash-free, lockers being the one exception. With no cloakroom, lockers in halls 2 and 4 cost 2 euros less booked online; Comfort and Comfort+ tickets include a size M. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and a companion gets in free when the disability card is marked "B". Bars and food are on site, outside food and drink are not allowed, smokers go outdoors between halls 2 and 3, and cannabis is banned. Fairground Festival returns to Hanover at the end of November.
