📋About
Jazz à Junas: Contemporary Jazz in Gard
Jazz à Junas takes over Place de lAvenir in Junas, a village in Gard, every summer to celebrate contemporary jazz and its current forms. From July 22 to 25, 2026, this festival presents 13 artists in demanding and open programming. With a €35.99 ticket, the event attracts regional audiences and music lovers enjoying an authentic village setting and open-air concerts under the stars of Gard.
The 2026 programming brings together talents from European contemporary jazz. ANNE PACEO, drummer and French composer reference on the current jazz scene, shares the bill with MARION RAMPAL, a jazz singer with multiple influences. The lineup also features MARCIN WASILEWSKI, internationally renowned Polish pianist, and PRIMA KANTA, bringing original sounds. Together they create curious and inventive programming.
The festival navigates the contemporary jazz universe, with excursions into French chanson. This approach favors current formations, original compositions, and free improvisations, far from academic neo-bop formats. Each concert becomes an exploration of jazzs possibilities in the 21st century, in the intimacy of a Gard village.
Jazz à Junas 2026 runs from July 22 to 25 in Junas. The ticket is €35.99. For lovers of contemporary jazz and village atmospheres, this edition promises four days of musical discoveries in Gard. Junas jazzes in contemporary mode.
