JAZZ EN NORD

Jazz en Nord: France's Essential Jazz Festival

Jazz en Nord stands as one of the premier destinations for jazz and blues enthusiasts in France. Since its inception, the festival has celebrated the richness and diversity of these musical genres through an eclectic program that showcases both established legends and emerging talents from the international scene.

The edition brings together world-renowned artists like Goran Bregovic, Bixiga 70 and Koko Jean and the Tonics, alongside promising discoveries such as Emma Rawicz Chroma, Arthur Possing and Rémi Panossian. The festival also explores the boundaries of jazz with afrobeat, nu jazz and jazz fusion influences.

The stage hosts diverse formations ranging from intimate trios to energetic big bands. Artists like Trio Misturado, Atomic Ladies and Bam! Trio illustrate this multifaceted approach that characterizes Jazz en Nord. The presence of artists like DeRobert & The Half Truths brings a soulful blues touch that further enriches the musical experience.

Jazz en Nord offers much more than a simple succession of concerts: it's a true celebration of musical creativity, a meeting place between generations of artists and passionate music lovers. With its carefully curated program blending folk, alternative rock and global influences, the festival continues to write its legend in the French cultural landscape.
