How do you get to Les Ardentes by train?
Take a train to Ans station, then a free shuttle takes you to the festival or the campsite. With the Event Train Ticket (using the code on sncb.be/lesardentes), a return trip between any Belgian station and Ans is 40% off. For the Indoor campsite, head instead to Liège-Guillemins and take the tram to Liège Expo.
How does camping work?
There are two campsites: Outdoor (Rue du Village, 4000 Rocourt) and Indoor (Place Louis de Geer 2, at Liège Expo), with options ranging from a bare pitch to fully equipped Easy and All Star lodgings, plus a campervan/van area. Access requires the matching pass (4-Day Pass + Outdoor Camping, or 2/4-Day Pass + Indoor Camping); showers are paid (1 flamme, i.e. 1.33 € per use) and free shuttles link the city centre on Wednesday and Thursday, returning Sunday and Monday. What are the campsite access hours?
The Outdoor campsite opens at 6 pm on Wednesday 1 July (arrivals until 2 am), then 8 am to 10 pm Thursday to Saturday and 8 am to 4 pm on Sunday; the Indoor campsite opens at 8 am on Thursday 2 July. Both campsites close on Monday 6 July at noon.
Is the festival cashless?
Yes, payment goes through a cashless account topped up in the official app (via Bancontact Pay or other methods), with the in-house currency called the 'flamme'. One promo, for instance, gives you 3 free flammes when you load 27 flammes (36 €).
Is the festival accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, a full reduced-mobility and disability setup is in place: a dedicated entrance, two raised platforms (Phoenix and Big Eye), a rest and care area, equipment loans (wheelchairs, crutches), a dedicated team and volunteers trained in French Belgian Sign Language (LSFB).
