Punk and Alternative Rock Festival in Hesse in 2026
The Limewood takes place on May 8-9, 2026 at the Dorfgemeinschaftshaus in Lindenholzhausen, in the state of Hesse. This village festival celebrates punk rock and hardcore punk culture with a lineup mixing international legends and German alternative scene acts. Headliners Heisskalt, IGNITE and Templeton Pek embody the raw energy characterizing the event.
The intimate setting of the Dorfgemeinschaftshaus creates a friendly atmosphere to discover an eclectic lineup. Between Californian melodic hardcore with IGNITE, British skate punk from Templeton Pek and German-language punk from Heisskalt, the festival spans influences and generations. Artists like CF98, Revolte Tanzbein and Still Talk complete this resolutely punk lineup.
Limewood also incorporates more experimental sounds with stoner rock from Godsleep and floating heavy psych. Touches of pop punk with Ice Cream At The Alligator Park bring welcome diversity to this underground gathering. Two days of energetic rock concerts in an authentic community spirit.
