Lucerne Festival 2026: the classical music festival in Brittany, France
An internationally renowned festival dedicated to classical music, Lucerne Festival presents an exceptional program each summer, bringing together the world's greatest orchestras and soloists. The French edition takes place in Brittany, in the Dinan region, with exceptional concerts spread over a month.
The 2026 edition welcomes 71 prestigious artists with major institutions: the Berliner Philharmoniker, Yo-Yo Ma, Daniel Barenboim and Martha Argerich. The stages will also host Hilary Hahn and Anne-Sophie Mutter.
The program explores all periods of classical music, from baroque with the Freiburger Barockorchester to contemporary repertoire. Soloists like Cecilia Bartoli (mezzo-soprano), Vikingur Ólafsson and Yuja Wang will perform symphonic works and concertos. A surprise with Meute, an acoustic techno project.
