Musilac 2026: the pop-rock festival in Aix-les-Bains, France
Founded in 2002, Musilac has become an essential summer event on the shores of Lake Bourget. Every July, it welcomes over 80,000 festivalgoers to the Esplanade du Lac in Aix-les-Bains, in the Savoie region, for four days of concerts blending international pop, rock, and electronic music.
The 2026 edition offers an eclectic lineup with international and French headliners. Festivalgoers enjoy an exceptional setting between lake and mountains, with a friendly atmosphere and varied stages for all musical tastes.

How many stages does the festival have?
Three stages host the 2026 line-up: the Scène Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (which opens with the Tremplin contest winners), the Scène Montagne and the Scène Lac.
What are the 2026 dates?
Musilac runs from Thursday 9 to Sunday 12 July 2026 on the Esplanade du Lac in Aix-les-Bains, preceded by a free "Before" on Wednesday 8 July at the Théâtre de Verdure.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 4:30pm. Free shuttles run from 4pm to 8:30pm, then from midnight until 30 minutes after the last concert.
Is there a campsite?
Yes — an official lakeside campsite, a 20-minute walk from the entrance with direct access to the lake, able to host nearly 3,000 campers. Booking is done on the festival's camping page.
How do I get there by train?
Aix-les-Bains SNCF station is served by the free N2 shuttle. As a guide, allow 11 minutes from Chambéry, 40 minutes from Annecy, 1h15 from Lyon or 1h20 from Geneva. A return train to Annecy is added after the 11 July night, on Sunday at 2am.
Is the festival cashless?
Yes, on-site payment is cashless: you top up your account via the festival's cashless page.
Are there special rates for people with disabilities?
Yes, Musilac offers reduced PSH/PMR rates (for example €69 for a 1-day pass instead of €79, or €199 for a 4-day pass instead of €219). The CMI card is required at the Accueil PSH, and a carer can receive an invitation or the reduced rate depending on the mention shown on the card.

Musilac was founded by Rémi Perrier and Roland Zennaro, two live-entertainment enthusiasts, on the Esplanade du Lac site; it has grown into the largest pop-rock event in the Rhône-Alpes region.
