Nuits Sonores 2026: five days and five nights of intelligent electronic music in Lyon, 13 to 17 May
Nuits Sonores returns to Lyon from 13 to 17 May 2026 across multiple venues including Les Grandes Locos in La Mulatière, the festival's recent main hub. Since 2003, Nuits Sonores has positioned itself at the intellectual end of the European electronic music circuit: a five-day editorial line-up that pairs club-night programming with daytime audio art installations, panel talks (the « European Lab » conference runs in parallel) and one-off live performances commissioned by the festival itself.
The 2026 line-up draws from the deep house, techno and avant-garde end of the scene rather than from EDM headliners: LAURENT GARNIER (a Lyon-area resident and historic supporter of the festival), CARL CRAIG, SETH TROXLER, AMELIE LENS, BEN KLOCK, Four Tet, LEFTFIELD, POWELL, Call Super and SKREAM headline the main rooms.
