Opener Festival 2026: Polands Largest Festival
Since 2002, Opener Festival has established itself as Polands largest music festival and one of Central Europes major events. Set in Gdynia on the Baltic coast, this event celebrates international musical diversity with an eclectic lineup. With 17 artists announced for 2026, Opener confirms its role as a showcase for alternative rock, indie pop, and electronic scenes.
The 2026 edition explores a broad musical spectrum blending rock, pop, and electronic: alternative rock, alternative pop, indie pop, dream pop, art pop, art punk, and art rock on the alternative side; electro house, electropop, EDM, club, and dance-pop on the electronic side; alternative R&B, contemporary R&B, and hip-hop on the urban side. The program also embraces genres like americana, country, gothic rock, and ethereal wave.
This diversity reflects Openers cosmopolitan identity, valuing catchy melodies and sonic experimentation equally in a festive and international atmosphere. The festival embodies contemporary Polands cultural openness.
