Africa Oyé 2026: afropop, afrobeat and African music in Liverpool

Africa Oyé is the United Kingdom's largest African music festival. It takes place at Sefton Park in Liverpool, United Kingdom. Since its founding, it has offered two free days of concerts dedicated to afropop and the music of the African continent and its diaspora.

The 2026 edition welcomes 3 artists: FATOUMATA DIAWARA, a major figure on the international African scene, FULU MIZIKI and Patoranking.

The programme explores afrobeat, afrobeats, hiplife, bongo flava and azonto, with dancehall touches. A selection that reflects the richness and diversity of contemporary African music scenes.
