Afro Topia Music Festival is the major gathering for the afrobeats and hip-hop scene in East Africa. Held at Kasarani Aquatic Stadium in Nairobi, this three-day festival brings together 9 international artists in front of tens of thousands of festival-goers, celebrating African urban music and its global influence.
The 2026 edition features a top-tier pan-African and diasporic lineup. Among the headliners: Cardi B, American pop rap superstar, WIZKID, global icon of Nigerian afrobeat, and Tyla, South African amapiano sensation.
The programming explores all facets of African urban music with amapiano via DJ Maphorisa and Kabza de Small, Jamaican dancehall with Skeng, and trap soul. Stefflon Don brings her British touch to the Afro-Caribbean mix.
