Loir en Zic: Reggae and Ragga Festival in Brives-Charensac
Loir en Zic takes over the Espace Scénique of Brives-Charensac in Haute-Loire to celebrate reggae, ragga, and dancehall. This friendly festival blends Jamaican sounds and punk influences in the festive Auvergne atmosphere.
The 2026 lineup features international reggae headliners: Skarra Mucci for energetic dancehall, Manudigital for ragga jungle, Toxic Frogs, and Zoufris Maracas.
From ragga jungle to dancehall, punk rock to singer-songwriter, the festival explores crossovers between Jamaican cultures and alternative influences. Heavy basslines, driving riddims, and punk energy compose a multicultural programme celebrating groove and commitment.
June 5-6, 2026. A reggae and ragga weekend in the heart of Haute-Loire.

When does the festival take place and how long does it run?
Held in Brives-Charensac, France, Loir'en ZIC returns for its 10th edition on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 June 2026 — two evenings of live music.
Where are the concerts held?
Everything happens in Brives-Charensac (Plaine d'Audinet), on the banks of the Loire just 5 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, under a covered marquee alongside a large green space and a craft village.
What food and drink are available on site?
Food trucks handle catering, with craft beer, wine, soft drinks and various stalls (clothing, jewellery…). Note that pets are not allowed on site.
What is the nearest train station?
The closest station is Le Puy-en-Velay; by car it is about 10 minutes from Le Puy, 1 hour from Saint-Étienne and roughly 2 hours from Lyon or Clermont.
Is the festival village free to enter?
Yes — the pop-up village at the heart of the event is open to everyone free of charge.
