Motocultor Festival 2026: the metal festival in Saint-Nolff, France
Since 1989, Motocultor Festival has been a pillar of the French metal scene. Every year, it welcomes over 25,000 festivalgoers to the Kerampuilh site in Saint-Nolff, Morbihan, for four days of concerts dedicated to extreme music and hard rock, with a strong Breton identity.
The 2026 edition brings together 130 artists with heavy metal legends: Judas Priest, Within Temptation and Arch Enemy. An unexpected surprise with The Killers alongside Godsmack and Airbourne.
The lineup blends thrash metal, death metal, black metal and hardcore punk. Artists like Mass Hysteria, Alcest (blackgaze), Chelsea Grin (deathcore) and Emperor enrich the diversity of the stages.

What are the dates and how long does Motocultor Festival run?
The festival takes place in Carhaix, Brittany, France, from 13 to 16 August 2026, across four days of metal (only 1-day and 4-day passes are sold).
Is there camping, and is it paid?
Several free campsites sit right next to the venue: the camping pass is free and included with a festival pass, with no booking required. A VIP/Press campsite, adapted for reduced-mobility guests, is reserved for VIP pass or upgrade holders.
What food and drink is available?
Around fifteen food trucks catering to all diets are on the concert site, alongside several large bars serving exclusively Breton beer. There is also a bar at the campsite and two food trucks in the VIP area.
Is entry free for children?
Entry is valid from age 6; it is free for under-12s and half-price for under-18s (on site only). Ear protection is mandatory for under-10s, available to buy or rent on site, and minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian.
What is provided for reduced-mobility visitors?
Free water points and toilets adapted for reduced-mobility visitors are available on the site and at the campsite, and the VIP/Press campsite is set up to welcome them.
