Pétales et Pogos celebrates extreme and alternative music at Saonexpo in Chalon-sur-Saône. From April 3-5, 2026, this festival brings together the French punk rock and metal scene in a festive and uncompromising spirit. Since its creation, the event has established itself as a gathering for radical music in Burgundy. The 2026 programming assembles 11 bands embodying the raw energy and diversity of French punk and metal.
The 2026 edition features explosive programming led by Sidilarsen, Smash Hit Combo, and Membrane as headliners. The lineup also includes Burning Heads, Akiavel, and Cachemire. This selection illustrates the vitality of a French scene combining alternative rock with extreme sounds.
Musically, Pétales et Pogos explores the territories of noise rock, post-hardcore, rapcore, and sludge metal. Sub-genres like melodic death metal, death metal, frenchcore, and noise weave an intense and uncompromising sonic palette.
