Pistoia Blues Festival is one of Italy's oldest rock festivals, held outdoors in the Piazza Duomo of Pistoia, Tuscany. For decades it has welcomed major international rock figures to this exceptional medieval setting.
The 2026 edition programmes 3 artists: headliners THE DARKNESS, a British glam rock and hard rock act, and Messa, a drone metal and doom band. They are joined by Jethro Tull.
The programme is particularly broad: heavy metal, blues rock, classic rock, progressive rock, drone metal and progressive folk all feature. A selection that illustrates the scope of British rock heritage and its contemporary creativity.
