Rock im Park 2026: three days of rock and metal at Zeppelinfeld Nuremberg, the southern sister of Rock am Ring
Rock im Park takes place on the Zeppelinfeld at the former Reichsparteitag grounds in Nuremberg, running the same weekend and the same line-up as Rock am Ring at the Nürburgring — the two events are operated by the same promoter (eventim Live) and share programming, schedules and stage rotations. The 2026 edition runs 5-7 June 2026, with festival camping opening 48 hours before the first show.
The 2026 headline trio defines the bill: Linkin Park (the post-reformation touring lineup), IRON MAIDEN on the « Run for Your Lives » world tour, and the new-school nu-metal revival cluster around LIMP BIZKIT and PAPA ROACH.
The undercard targets the German market's historical preference for melodic rock and post-grunge: THE OFFSPRING, THREE DAYS GRACE, BREAKING BENJAMIN, VOLBEAT, WITHIN TEMPTATION, BLACK VEIL BRIDES, THE PRETTY RECKLESS and HOLLYWOOD UNDEAD.
