Rock the Hill Festival 2026: the eclectic rock festival at Geisskopf, Germany
Rock the Hill Festival takes over the Geisskopf ski resort in Bavaria every year for a weekend of open-air concerts. This family-friendly festival brings together 11 artists from diverse musical backgrounds, from rock to jazz and metal to punk.
The 2026 edition, scheduled for June 4-6, highlights Authority Zero for ska punk, symphonic prog legends Focus, and funk pioneers The J.b.'s. The German scene is represented by SONDASCHULE and Madsen.
The lineup casts a wide net, from the melodic hardcore of SETYØURSAILS to the progressive rock of Das Lumpenpack, the metalcore of Tenside, and the festive punk rock of TURBOBIER. You'll also find touches of alternative rock, indie rock, reggae rock, and soul jazz, with All Faces Down and Heisskalt completing this diverse musical palette.
