Vainstream 2026: hardcore and metalcore in Münster, Germany
Founded in 2005, Vainstream is the leading hardcore punk and metalcore gathering in Germany. Held at Am Hawerkamp in Münster, this two-day festival champions a radical and committed scene, drawing an audience passionate about distorted guitars and relentless breakdowns.
The 2026 edition brings together 61 artists headlined by Rise Against, All Time Low and Hollywood Undead. British metalcore from Architects and Bury Tomorrow sits alongside legendary New York hardcore from Agnostic Front.
The programme ventures into melodic hardcore, beatdown hardcore, alternative metal, electronicore, folk metal and groove metal. Emo pop, pop punk, rap rock and alternative rock round out a resolutely modern and intense bill.
